一、條款的適用與同意

本服務條款適用於由「明仔午餐」團隊所開發與營運之 Discord 機器人「明仔午餐」。使用者於邀請或使用本機器人時，即視為已閱讀、理解並同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用本機器人。

二、服務說明

本機器人透過介接台灣營養午餐公開資料平台，提供全台灣學校營養午餐菜單之查詢與美化顯示功能。本機器人僅負責資料呈現與查詢，菜單內容來源為外部平台，本團隊不對菜單內容之正確性、即時性負責。

三、使用規範

使用者不得利用本機器人從事下列行為：

• 任何違法行為或協助他人違法
• 騷擾、濫用或威脅其他使用者
• 散布垃圾訊息、惡意連結或惡意程式
• 試圖破壞本機器人運作或利用系統漏洞

本團隊得對違反規範之使用者或伺服器採取封鎖、黑名單等限制措施。

四、服務變更與終止

本機器人之功能與服務得隨時調整、暫停或終止，恕不另行通知。如有重大變更，將於官方管道公告。

五、免責聲明

本機器人依「現況」提供，不保證24小時可用或完全無誤。因使用本機器人所生之任何損害，本團隊概不負賠償責任。營養午餐菜單內容來自第三方平台，如有錯誤或延遲，請以各校或原始平台公告為準。

六、準據法

本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，如有爭議，以臺灣高雄地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to the Discord bot "TLBT" developed by the TLBT team. By inviting or using this bot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the bot.

2. Service Description

This bot provides school lunch menu queries for schools across Taiwan by connecting to a public nutrition lunch data platform. The bot is responsible only for displaying and formatting the data; the menu content originates from external sources, and the team is not responsible for its accuracy or timeliness.

3. User Conduct

Users shall not use this bot to:

• Engage in any illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Distribute spam, malicious links, or malware
• Attempt to disrupt the bot's operation or exploit vulnerabilities

The team may block or blacklist users or servers that violate these terms.

4. Service Changes and Termination

The bot's features and services may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Major changes will be announced through official channels.

5. Disclaimer

This bot is provided "as is" without warranties. The team is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this bot. Menu content comes from third-party sources; please refer to official school announcements for accuracy.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be resolved in the Kaohsiung District Court as the court of first instance.
